Refund Policy of Raj Modern Public School
At Raj Modern Public School (RMPS), we strive to provide transparency and clarity regarding fees and refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which fees may be refunded to parents or guardians.
1. Admission Fee Refund
The admission fee, once paid, is generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the school management in case of valid reasons such as relocation or medical emergencies.
2. Tuition Fee Refund
Tuition fees already paid may be refunded under the following conditions:
- If the student withdraws before the start of the academic session, full tuition fee minus administrative charges may be refunded.
- If withdrawal occurs after the start of the academic session, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of months attended and administrative charges will apply.
3. Other Fees
Fees for books, uniforms, transportation, or extracurricular activities are generally non-refundable once supplied or booked. Any exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Procedure
- Submit a written request to the school office specifying the reason for withdrawal and bank details for refund transfer.
- School management will review and process the request within 30 working days.
- Refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or cheque to the account provided.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved by the school management, and their decision will be considered final.
